    Mr. Chehab currently leads Malia Group's operations in Iraq covering the Distribution, Hospitality, Construction and Solutions sectors. Starting his career in Sales and Marketing, he pioneered the establishment of Malia Group’s businesses in Iraq. Mr. Chehab plays a leading role in Malia Group's expansion ambitions in new sectors and new territories. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut and Mount Lebanon and President of the Lebanese Kurdistan Friendship Association. He holds an MBA from ESSEC- France and a Master’s Degree in Economics - Paris II France.

    Mr. Abou Haidar began his career as MIS & IT Manager of Malia Group. He positively impacted the Group as Logistics Manager, General Manager of Malia Trust, and General Manager of Cosmaline. Mr. Abou Haidar has a high level of understanding in ERP systems, financial reporting, legal matters, policies and practices, and is exceptionally able to align the organization with Malia Group’s corporate strategy. He is Board Member of the Jean & Charlotte Sarraf Foundation. Mr. Abou Haidar holds an MBA from Quebec University and a BS in Computer Sciences from Ecole Superieure et Internationale de Gestion.

    Mrs. Younane began her career in Boston (USA) as Data Storage Engineer before joining the Group as IT Manager. In her capacity as General Manager, she established and steered the growth of MaliaTec, ensuring its expansion into five markets and securing successful exclusive partnerships and product line diversification. In parallel, Mrs. Younane oversaw the design and implementation of the Group’s IT infrastructure and the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning system across the Group. She sits on the Board of Teach A Child Foundation, Children Cancer Center and CIO Lebanon. Mrs. Younane is a graduate of Boston University, earning a BSBA with a concentration in Management Information System and Finance.

Prior to assuming her current position, she was Assistant General Manager for the company where she oversaw Product Manufacturing, Promotion, Marketing and Sales. During her tenure as General Manager, Dr. Abi Karam led Pharmaline’s regional development, secured a large portfolio, and closed license contracts and distribution deals with leading multinationals. She is a Founding Member and the President of the Syndicate of Pharmaceutical Industries in Lebanon (SPIL). She is as well a member of the Board of the Arab Union of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers; a Member of the Lebanese Order of Pharmacists; and a Founding Member of the Board of Jean & Charlotte Sarraf Foundation. Dr. Abi Karam holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the Saint Joseph University.
