Mr. Chehab currently leads Malia Group's operations in Iraq covering the Distribution, Hospitality, Construction and Solutions sectors. Starting his career in Sales and Marketing, he pioneered the establishment of Malia Group’s businesses in Iraq. Mr. Chehab plays a leading role in Malia Group's expansion ambitions in new sectors and new territories. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut and Mount Lebanon and President of the Lebanese Kurdistan Friendship Association. He holds an MBA from ESSEC- France and a Master’s Degree in Economics - Paris II France.

Mr. Abou Haidar began his career as MIS & IT Manager of Malia Group. He positively impacted the Group as Logistics Manager, General Manager of Malia Trust, and General Manager of Cosmaline. Mr. Abou Haidar has a high level of understanding in ERP systems, financial reporting, legal matters, policies and practices, and is exceptionally able to align the organization with Malia Group’s corporate strategy. He is Board Member of the Jean & Charlotte Sarraf Foundation. Mr. Abou Haidar holds an MBA from Quebec University and a BS in Computer Sciences from Ecole Superieure et Internationale de Gestion.

Mrs. Younane began her career in Boston (USA) as Data Storage Engineer before joining the Group as IT Manager. In her capacity as General Manager, she established and steered the growth of MaliaTec, ensuring its expansion into five markets and securing successful exclusive partnerships and product line diversification. In parallel, Mrs. Younane oversaw the design and implementation of the Group’s IT infrastructure and the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning system across the Group. She sits on the Board of Teach A Child Foundation, Children Cancer Center and CIO Lebanon. Mrs. Younane is a graduate of Boston University, earning a BSBA with a concentration in Management Information System and Finance.

Prior to developing and leading Malia Group's fashion & luxury business, Ms. Sarraf was responsible for the Group's interior architecture & retail business. Her multiple contributions include the establishment of a Day Spa and the opening of a concept store in downtown Beirut. She is a Founding Member of the Jean & Charlotte Sarraf Foundation and coordinates several social activities and community initiatives.

Previously, Mr. Fayad was a Project Manager of the Erbil Rotana Hotel in Iraq and a Construction Division Manager at Malia International. Before joining Malia Group, he held several managerial positions in engineering, project management, and consulting. He holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the École Supérieure des Ingénieurs de Beyrouth.

Dr. Abi Karam began her career at Malia Group as Regulatory Affairs Manager. Prior to assuming her current position, she was Assistant General Manager for the company where she oversaw Product Manufacturing, Promotion, Marketing and Sales. During her tenure as General Manager, Dr. Abi Karam led Pharmaline’s regional development, secured a large portfolio, and closed license contracts and distribution deals with leading multinationals. She is a Founding Member and the President of the Syndicate of Pharmaceutical Industries in Lebanon (SPIL). She is as well a member of the Board of the Arab Union of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers; a Member of the Lebanese Order of Pharmacists; and a Founding Member of the Board of Jean & Charlotte Sarraf Foundation. Dr. Abi Karam holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the Saint Joseph University.

In his function as General Manager of Ch. Sarraf & Co. Tobacco Division, Mr. Khayat is responsible to direct and manage the tobacco business, ensuring the implementation of effective business strategies that lead to the achievement of set objectives. He previously held managerial positions in multinationals operating in the region. Mr. Khayat holds a BS in Business Administration from the Lebanese American University.

Mr. Akl previously headed MaliaTec’s Sales and Marketing and Business Development activities. Under his leadership and management, he has expanded MaliaTec’s presence across MENA and diversified its business portfolio to become a regional Leader in AIDC and Digital Solutions. Mr. Akl previously worked for leading organizations in the fields of pharmaceuticals, software selling, and services. He holds a BA in Sales and Advertising and a Diploma in Business Management both from the Saint Joseph University - Lebanon.

Prior to his current employment, Mr. Touma held managerial positions in the hospitality industry in Lebanon, Iraq and Dubai; most recently as the General Manager of Erbil Rotana Hotel. He holds a Master of Management Degree from the University of Phoenix, Arizona, USA and a degree in Swiss Hotel Management from the Hotel Institute, Montreux, Switzerland. Mr. Touma is a member of the American Hotel and Lodging Association and the International Facility Management Association.

In his function as Head of External Audit & Taxation, Mr. Harika oversees the proper implementation of the External Audit Plan and ensures the timely delivery of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations. Prior to joining Malia Group, he worked in Saudi Arabia for a major manufacturing and retail group as a Chief Accountant and Administrative Manager. Mr. Harika holds an Accounting Degree from the Lebanese University.

In his function as Head of Internal Audit, Mr. Nouiehed sets and oversees the proper implementation of the Annual Internal Audit Plan and reports to the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee on findings and recommendations. Prior to joining Malia Group, he worked in the GCC with Deloitte & PWC on various engagements in the fields of internal audit, governance and risk management.

As Head of Human Resources, Mr. Mchantaf supports Malia Group’s strategic direction across talent acquisition and retention, compensation & benefits, performance management, succession planning and learning & development. He works closely with cross functional teams to ensure the development and implementation of the department’s strategies and initiatives.
