    As Chairman of the Board, Mr. Sarraf is primarily responsible for the activities of the Board and its Committees.
    As Chairman of the Board, Mr. Sarraf is primarily responsible for the activities of the Board and its Committees. These entail ensuring that the Board discharges its duties; determining the agenda of the Board meetings, consulting with external advisors, and guaranteeing that Committees function properly, among other duties. Mr. Sarraf also acts as the spokesperson for the Board. Prior to becoming Chairman of the Board of Malia Holding Group, Mr. Sarraf was Chairman CEO of the company for over three decades, pioneering and overseeing the Group’s growth and expansion. He is also currently Chairman of the Global Lebanese Investors, Member of the Lebanese Economic Bodies, Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation in Lebanon, Chairman of the Lebanese-Russian Business Council, Dean of the Lebanese Industrial Association, Member of advisory Board of the Lebanese American University Medical Center (LAUMC-HR), Vice-President at Beirut Annunciation Orthodox College. He holds international Medals and Awards.

Previously, she held several roles across Malia Group subsidiaries and in different job functions. She is committed to meeting stakeholders' expectations and supporting managerial empowerment, diversity & inclusion and integrity of conduct. She is a founding member of Jean & Charlotte Sarraf Foundation, the Family Business Network (FBN)- Levant Chapter and a Board member of CCI France Liban, Le Cercle des Dirigeants, LMA and GS1. She holds a BA in Economics from Saint Joseph University and a Masters in Management from ESSEC.
